I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself (DorothyInez, said together) a little more and explain what my logo means. When people see my cards, they are moved by the the logo but have no idea what it means. So I thought it would be great to explain it live and in-person. So here goes:

My Beautiful Story: I haven’t always felt beautiful, in fact I once felt ugly on the inside. My story is much like the stories of many other women and maybe even you. I often receive compliments about my outer beauty but it’s my inner beauty I am most grateful for because developing it wasn't easy. I was abandoned by my mother as a child, left to believe I could only count on myself causing me to feel angry and very lonely inside. I was told countless times that I was overweight, too talkative and selfish which slowly shattered my self-worth.
Although I had a low self-esteem on the inside; I became a master of outwardly appearing strong and confident. At a young age, I quickly learned to gain control of my life by managing how I looked to others and becoming a lifetime over achiever. It wasn’t until I found the courage to begin my journey to self-love did I discover the real meaning of beauty. There was a time I had to survive and today I choose to thrive and live a beautiful life.
My Beautiful Passion: Beauty is expressed beyond what we see with our eyes; in fact, true beauty is an energetic vibration that radiates from the inside out. Beauty emerges when women practice a deep acceptance and love for self that outwardly translates into confidence, courage and charisma. A stunningly breath-taking woman is one who stands in her feminine power, aligned with her core values and embodies her total-self beauty.
In my years of mentoring women, I’ve learned that women take care of their inner or outer beauty and struggle to do both. My passion is to teach women how to practice radical self-acceptance, align who they are with how they show up, and help them release their inner and outer gorgeous!
My Beautiful Mission and Purpose: You may be wondering why I call myself the Minister of Beauty®. I believe we are ALL divine masterpieces created from the image of perfection therefore we ARE innately beautiful. To minister means to heal, foster, tend to and serve others. I am here to serve the world and women in particular in a way that heals, inspires and empowers them to reconnect with, restore and revitalize the inherent gift of being beautiful.
As the Minister of Beauty it’s my joy and privilege to inspire professional women and womenpreneurs to Reconnect, Restore and Revitalize the power of their unique beauty so they can experience a deeply joyful and abundant life.
My Beautiful Loving Intention: I love helping women awaken and reveal their unique brand of beauty through dynamic and transformative private one-on-one mentoring, in-person group coaching and workshops. My style of engaging with clients infuses a personalized blend of spirituality, candor, wisdom and loving insight. My soul intention is simple…I want women to BE inspired, BE beautiful, BE transformed and stand powerfully in their TOTAL AND COMPLETE beauty.
My Beautiful Belief: I believe that EVERY woman is gorgeous! Women who feel beautiful are more confident, courageous, take more risks, experience more passion, see the possibility for abundance and ultimately live life on their own terms.
My Beautiful Journey: In 2007, after 22 years of leading and training sales teams in the telecommunications industry, I followed my dream and became a Certified Multi-Media Makeup Artist and finally graduated with a B.A in Communications from Regis University. I am a Licensed Esthetician and received my Image Consulting Certification from the London Image Institute in 2010. My greatest lesson was that it’s NEVER too late to pull that dream off the shelf and GO FOR IT!
Some of my past clients include: April Johnson of Project Runway, Nicole Fox of America's Next Top Model, Savannah Fashion Week, Benzo Couture Fashions, Harley Davidson, WSAV News and Weather Team, Fox News, PBS Television, Pink Magazine, Wink Magazine, The American Cancer Society and the many women who have graced in my chair.
